What was the last version to support Windows 2008 R2?

I have DB poweramp R16 currently running on my old Windows 2008R2 server.

I'd like to upgrade DBPoweramp

Does the current version work on Windows 2008R2, and if not, is there an archive available where I could get say the latest R17 release?

Current version should be fine, 2008r2 is similar to Windows 7
