Metadata retrieval doesn’t work anymore

Hello,

In the last few attempts at ripping CDs with dBpoweramp CD Ripper, I noticed that the metadata retrieval no longer works. Clicking on the "Re-scan..." option does not resolve the issue.

Although multiple providers are checked in the submenu, when I click on "Manual metadata review," all of them appear greyed out.

Could you please help me with this?

Which version? Which OS?

OS in Windows 10. Where can I see the version number? When I open "Help" there are only instructions for various purposes .
