Metadata found on one machine but not another?

Hi there, first time poster here.

I have a Nimbie drive with dBpoweramp for ripping CDs. I installed the software on a couple of PCs with the idea to move the Nimbie between them depending on what job was going on where. On a Windows 8 duel boot MiniMac, the metadata is found for something like 99% of discs. Any that aren't found and are spit out, I take over to the second PC (Windows 10), load up Windows Media Player, which finds the metadata and I rip there.

But when I bring the Nimbie over the Windows 10 PC and use dBpoweramp, every single CD is rejected. Closing down dBpoweramp and opening Media Player again, the metadata is found.

Both machines are in the same office, same internet connection.

Any tips on how to get dBpoweramp working on the Windows 10 machine? Is there a firewall setting or something that I need to be looking at? Many thanks!

Using Batch Ripper? or CD Ripper.
Check you are using the latest version of every program, metadata access is updated every year to ensure it functions.
