Using on Mac. Getting “unable to read CD” error on every track

I have been using for years. All of a sudden, disc appears with tracks and album art. When I try to rip, it rapidly goes through every track saying “error”. After going through all tracks, it says “unable to convert to flat. Unable to read CD. I tried a new cd drive and it does the same thing. I reinstalled dBpoweramp, but it does the same thing.
