Good external drive for Mac?

Recently moved from windows to an iMac and i'm wondering what external drives have a good reputation for ripping on a Mac with the new OS X version of dBpoweramp?

I'm not sure about reputation but I've used the Apple SuperDrive since getting my MacBook and using dBpoweramp for Mac without any issues.
