I hadn't considered corrupted files. I corrupted one track from an album and ran it through PerfectTUNES; the summary screen showed all tracks were accurate, yet the log revealed the corruption. So it doesn't look like the summary can be trusted.

What does the AccurateRip log in PerfectTUNES (Match Details) say about that rip?
I changed the defaults in PerfectTUNES as suggested. However, when I run it against my music directory and look for the CD in question, it is not giving me any usable information, I don't think, because the CD is not in AccurateRip. Am I looking at the correct piece of information? (see attachment) The log for the CD, which I attached in a previous post, doesn't appear to show any issues with the rip. Is there something that I'm still missing?

    Thank you.

garym I was able to get that to work. Thank you again for the information

        The log looks fine.

Given we don't have AccurateRip for verification try ripping the disc with CUERipper. Whilst it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of dBpoweramp it does use a different verifiation database.

Once ripped perform a quick listening test and reply with the log.
