CD Ripper hangs up on last track at 99%

Hi there, I am a newbie to this program and am running the trial version on an iMac running OSX 10.11 'El Capitan'. I ripped a couple of CDs OK but the last 5 have all stalled on the last track at 99%, there is no error message and the progress bar says 'working'. The only option not greyed out is 'Cancel'. If I press Cancel the track involved says 'cancelling' but nothing happens, it is locked up. Closing the program doesn't work and the only way out is to 'Force Quit'.
Is the trial version limited to only a few rips or is there something I am doing wrong?

It is not related to trial. Set the ripping method to 'Burst' as a test.

Thanks for the reply, tried Burst Mode and it hung up at 98% of last track. Thought this indicated problem at end of written CD so I then unchecked the option to for 'read in / read out' and all is well in Secure Mode. Guess my drive doesn't support read-in/read-out.
