Submit To Freedb Grayed out

Sorry if this is already Fixed... But ...

in 15.3 it seems to happen when the CD fails all lookups and had NO CD-Text,ISRC,Or UPC (MCN). It is absolutely Repeatable with the same CD's.

It remains grayed, until you manually edit a track value, it is not possible to submit the results of another provider to freedb (or licensing prohibits it).
