Ripper starting when CD is inserted

I'd like to be able to stop the ripper from opening automatically. I sometimes want to use Tau Analyzer and have to use task manager to close the ripper before Tau will start.

Presumptuous I know, but if you are using windows go to Control Panel >> Default Programs >> Change AutoPlay settings.

Thank you very much - that did it. I'm still learning how to deal with Windows 10.
