Wave, ogg, HDLC, LDAC

ok.. So here is the big question for me, when ripping CD, I then put the data on my phone in Wave or Ogg, but my phone has HDLC or LDAC codec, can I rip my CD in these format HDLC or LDAC to reduce loss. Am I totally at the wrong end of things ... where can I get the platform

Lossless is the best option you can rip in, 16 bit, 2 channel, 44KHz
