Just upgrade to windows 10 - now software is even more fussy than before. Very slow - currently working on a CD for 18 minutes. Some tracks go to accurrip while others get an error - not sure what any of this means. Not a very friendly system as there is no help with the package and very little direction to tell one what is wrong. More like a techie product than consumer.
