CD Ripper Doers Not Find Metadata/Artwork

On ripping last 2 CDs, CD Ripper has not found the metadata or artwork for them.

Unable to find reason why, any help would be most welcomed.

I am using Music Converter 14.4, not sure how that relates to the version of CD Ripper (if different).

It is a 15 year old version, metadata providers changed in that time:
