Pure Read feature - to turn on or off - that is the question

Hello all,

I have a new Pioneer BRD drive with pure read feature I will start to use for my ripping.

Should I as a MacOS user:

- actively turn this OFF if using power amp with accuraterip

or

- not even bother doing that, dbpoweramp with C2 will override this anyway?

I think it works in the background, anything later is then verified by accuraterip so should not cause issues.

there is a way to turn it off hardware wise by holding in the eject button for more than 2 secs, so if I choose to turn it off it should hopefully work just as a normal drive.

do you know/agree?
