DBPowerAmp CD Ripper has become incredibly slow to encode

Does anyone else have this problem? It was fine until a week ago. The ripping process is as quick as it needs to be, but the encoding (which used to take a second per track) is now taking 5-10 minutes per track. It's now taking an hour to process a CD.

I'm using a Mac with Sequoia 15.3.1 and dbpoweramp reference release 25-02-07

Where are you ripping to? network storage?

No, just a 1.5TB external hard drive.

Try setting an internal drive as the destination. Also a full restart of the computer.
