Can dBpoweramp read track titles from the Finder, once retrieved by the Music app?

    Here's maybe a dumb question!

I buy a lot of Japanese CDs that are often just not found in dBpoweramp's Metadata sources.
However, these track titles are almost always found in Apple's Music app.

I figure there's no way in heck that dBpoweramp can use Music's data source(s). BUT!

When Music reads a CD and relieves the tracks, it will also set the track titles in the system / Finder.

Is there any way to tell dBpoweramp to grab album/track titles from the system / Finder?

    Best,
    Cabel

      I appreciate your fast reply!

Can you consider my post a formal feature request?

It would save me so much copy/paste. Thanks and have a great weekend!

No easy way to get that data, there are different naming conventions used by different programs
