Error converting to AIFF......CDDA read failed

After ripping one track of a CD not present in AccurateRip, I got this strange error message:

In the "Error" popup window:
Error converting to AIFF, 'Track 12' to '/Users/...../...../...../...../...../12 Push - Kristian Benton.aiff'
CDDA read failed at 191429, frames:5, errno:5 [RipAudioInternal]

Strangely, the "Information" tab displayed this message:
Information converting to AIFF, 'Track 12' to '/Users/...../...../...../...../...../12 Push - Kristian Benton.aiff'

Even more strangely, the main CD Ripper window reported the track ripping as "Secure"

This happened twice in a row. What does that mean? Shall I trust the error message or the "Secure" tag in the main window?

It recovered from the error read, we will put it as an information rather than error in next release.
