Mac Mini error - blank ripper screen

Hi - I am a long time user/supporter of dbPoweramp on my trusty old Dell laptop running Windows 7. Earlier this year I purchased the family package and loaded a copy onto my Mac mini. I've used the batch converter on the Mac hundreds of times and no issues. I recently tried to use the CD Ripper on the Mac and I received an error. I force quit, restarted and dbpoweramp opened, but the main body of the ripper was blank - no artist, track titles, no options on the bottom. In addition, the display was shifted to the right; that it the left most visible column was composer (Sorry I forgot to take a screen shot and I am not near the mac now). However, I was able to rip the CD using the CD Rip option on the mac menu bar on the top of the screen. I rebooted and got the same results.
I'm running OSX Yosemite (10.10.5). I apologize if this has been referenced here already. I tried a search and came up empty.
Any suggestions?

Try uninstalling then reinstalling (drag the application to trash).
