The reason I ask is a friend gave me 4 CDs for a Led Zeppelin box set, and I ripped them without knowing the correct album cover artwork. I have since seen the correct album artwork and wonder if there is a way to change the album artwork now. TIA
Can the album artwork be changed after the CD has been ripped?

Thanks, but I have been trying what you say, and it's not working. When I click OK to the new artwork, and that image disappears, I'm left with the files/songs with the original artwork. I noticed there was a file of the album artwork after the files/songs. Does something have to be done with that? TIAComment

Yes, I did, but that still didn't work. I found the easiest thing to do was delete the album with the wrong art work, download the correct artwork to my computer and rip the album again but have it choose the artwork from a file on my computer rather than the internet before starting the rip. All good now, but I hope this doesn't happen very often.
FWIW the album in question was a four-disc boxed set of Led Zeppelin that was introduced around the work with artwork with the word 'Remasters' at the bottom and then was introduced into the US six months later without that word at the bottom. CD Ripper kept choosing the non-US artwork. I know, should not be a big deal, but it bugged the heck out of me.Comment
