I rip this one same disc in dbpoweramp (burst mode) and EAC (secure mode) and get the same set of AccurateRip CRCs - they concur and say the tracks are Accurately Ripped with the same confidence.
When I verify each in CueTools, the software finds 200 more disc entries (and, as a result, matches) in the AccurateRip database for the EAC rip than the dbpoweramp rip!
Why doesn't it have as much success with the dbpoweramp rip?! I've never come across this with any other disc.
Also, CueTools says this for the EAC rip:
Track | CTDB Status
1 | (34/34) Accurately ripped
2 | (33/34) Accurately ripped, or (1/34) differs in 26510 samples @00:00:10-00:00:33
3 | (33/34) Accurately ripped, or (1/34) differs in 2100 samples @00:00:31-00:00:33
But it says THIS for the dbpoweramp rip:
Track | CTDB Status
1 | (33/34) Accurately ripped, or (1/34) differs in 24599 samples @24:14:53-24:15:01
2 | (33/34) Accurately ripped, or (1/34) differs in 2232 samples @00:00:00-00:00:01,14:48:74-14:49:01
3 | (33/34) Accurately ripped, or (1/34) differs in 1779 samples @00:00:00-00:00:01
Totally weird and unfathomable.
