Ripping a Set of 24 CDs

I'm trying to rip a set of 24 CDs containing only speech broken into equal-size time segments of about 20 tracks per disc. There are no proper track names associated with each CD. I will format the tracks as "Lecture Name - Disc 01 - Track 02" all in one directory. I want to set up the rip session so all I have to do is change the CD disc number manually in dBpoweramp or have dBpoweramp increment the disc-number value after each disc is ripped. Basic tags will be embedded.

My issue is that after a disc is ejected, dBpoweramp discards the manually-entered metadata. I'm faced with re-entering it again. Can dBpoweramp be configured to rip all 24 discs smoothly without me having to repeatedly re-enter all the metadata for every disc? The only thing that changes between disc rips is the disc number.

It cannot preserve metadata when the discs are different.
