CD Rip 100% Error

Man it really bugs me that a CD rips with 100% error and when it indicates re-rips there's any where from 1800 to 4000 frames to rerip. I seem to find this type of situation where two recordings have been put one CD or double disc as some call it. Anyone encounter this regularly?

Hi, are these errors all occurring on the 1st. track? Have you tried a different drive? The only time I get that "100% failure", a change to an older drive resolves it.
