.WAV end of track sounds a few second "pppsscchhhhhhtttt"

Hello, it seems that CD Ripper makes a mistake, probably a confusion between track length and real file length, because reading if on my 2 vehicules it sounds a few second "pppsscchhhhhhtttt" after each track :(

Is there any patch to this probably bug ?

Are your wav files tagged and can your car audio systems handle tagged wav files?

Following up on Dat Ei. There are players that can't handle WAV files that have metadata tags. And I've found that automobile players are the MOST out of date when it comes to playing digital files. Even 2024 models have woefully out of date audio players.

It is your car player which after the header assumes everything in the wave file is audio and plays the lot. Wave is a container format, to work with these broken players, you have to use the DSP effect 'ID Tag Processing' and set to delete all ID Tags.
