artwork disappears

one of our customers uses dbpoweramp to rip his music. he uses kinsky and linn ds to listen to music.
everything works fine - cd gets ripped, artwork as Folder.jpg included in album-folder.
After 2-3 days you can select artists and albums but no cover can be seen??
any suggestions what occurs that the covers disappear?

Check the UPnP Server, if the file is there and it is still there in 2 days (you can see in windows explorer) then the upnp server might be at fault.
