CD Ripper Error unable to open file

Since updating to 2024-11-04 release, unable to rip CDs. It is extremely slow to start ripping, then each track attempted rip ends with "error unable to open file." I was able to rip over 500 CDs with the previous version without any issues. Using windows 11 with pathway to a Synology NAS. Only change was the new release. Any suggestions? Thanks.

can you open the path in file explorer and create a file in that folder by hand?

I suspect not. All the errors are inability to connect to the NAS.

The error means windows can no longer access your NAS:

            \\NAS\music\

You would have to check with Windows explorer, browse to that path and see if you can copy files there.

Thanks. Got it working. Just had to reenter my credentials to allow windows access to my NAS.
