error log doesn't open on failed rip

    Hi

I am on release 2024-11-04. If a CD fails to rip the error log no longers opens. This has happened with this release and the previous release.

I have checked and the 'Display Error Log' in options is still ticked.

Anything I can do to get this working again?

    Thanks

For a disc if you click 'View Current Error & Informataion log' does it show anything after ripping?

Also on the secure ripping page, you would want the log to be set as:

        Report Contents: Complete

And also After Ripping (main options menu) >> Display Error Log (checked) Display Information Log (checked)

Yes that opens the log ok.

Also those two options are aready checked.

It's not a big deal you can still tell the disc hasn't ripped successfully as there is no acurate rip status beside the track it failed on.

Just thought I'd mention it in case it is a widespread issue. I have used dbpoweramp for many years and never had this until the last two releases.

Report Contents should be concise, but yes is the last option on the page.
