    Accurate vs Secure rip

For a new dbpoweramp user, is there anything to note about the difference between an “Accurate” rip and a “Secure” rip other than the fact that the album just isn’t in the AccurateRip database?

A secure rip relies on the drive to self detect errors, and no audio drive can detect all errors, there is an around 2% hole in detection

That's correct. And I've ripped 5,000 or more CDs and have yet to find a CD that ripped as SECURE that had any subsequent problem. So in my own case and my own thinking, SECURE is 99.99999% ok (and haven't found the .00000001 yet) and ACCURATE is 100%.

Me too ..... zero problems, or at least nothing thats remotley audible
I had Acc.Rip on my old now defunk desktop drive, but my Dell USB plugin refuses to get recognised so I've been using Secure and now Ultra Secure.
OK Ultra takes significantly longer, but I only rip maybe 1 CD a month these days as I go for 24bit downloads if available.
