Hi Guys, I am guessing I know the answer to this question but wanted to ask to be sure. I got a new Macbook air 512gb for the purpose of ripping my library only (plus a bit of email). I maintain 2 libraries, one FLAC and another in MP3. My SSD memory is almost full, with 60gb free only now. I still have quite a few discs to go (got some new ones). The only files on this laptop are the music files. I have an old 2015 Macbook Pro that I have emptied of data and have about 450gb free on this machine. I was thinking to use it to rip the MP3 files (currently at about 80gb) but then there is the license issue, IE using on 2 computers. I could rip the MP3 to an external hard drive and then copy to the MBP, but its just another step in the chain and more time consuming. I am alone, IE no family but I am guessing to be able to use dBp on the older laptop I would need the family license? Please confirm and thank you in advance.
