help with errors in secure ripping

Hi there, just getting started with dbpoweramp ripper for Mac.

I've used this guide to set everything up: https://dbpoweramp.com/Help/dMCOSX/c...etup-guide.htm
I keep getting errors on all tracks and also after trying a different Cd.

Can't work out what it is.

I disabled "Mark track as error" in secure ripping settings.
I also chose a new path/ dedicated new folder to where it gets written to on my Mac.

Hope someone can help...

Hi Spoon, thanks for your reply.
I just got the Verbatim Ultra HD 4K External Slimline Blu-ray Writer USB 3.2 Gen 1 with UsB-C Connection, Model 43888. So not the 43886 model mentioned above.

Looks like I might have the same problem, but I'm on Windows 10. My drive shows up as a Pioneer in dbPoweramp, but is the same Verbatim drive. Can I provide additional data to verify this?

Enable secure logging and post a log similar to the first message.

This is the log. Secure Extraction Log is set to Complete. I upgraded dbPoweramp on July 19 and ripped one CD successfully on July 26 (see my other post). Since then I didn't use the CD ripper until yesterday.
