    Guys,

    Newbie here, pray you can help, computer numptie as well!

    With the excellent help of Phil at Cymbiosis, I installed dB fully purchased on 21 Aug on to my Mac. So far so good until last night when it told me that my free trial period had concluded and I had to purchase. I’ve clinked on the link on the confirmation of purchase email, dragged the file into the applications folder and then the Mac invites me to replace the existing application at which point it continually tells me that the existing program is running despite me having closed it with the red button.

    Can anyone advise, or have they experienced similar/same?

    Do a full shut/down and restart from the Apple menu

        Drag existing to the trash, and full restart of computer, there should be nothing left of the application, then install.
