how can I rip a CD directly to FLAC 192 kHz 24 bit?

You can with DSP effects inserted, some might question why you want to do this, your audio will still be the quality of 16 bit 44KHz, just taking up more space.

Thanks for this, I have wondered if/how this could be done - it is not.
