Ripper error unknown reason

Hi, I installed dbpoweramp a week ago and have used it to rip CDs. Several days ago it has stopped working and shows ‘error’ when trying to rip a CD.

Nothing has changed in my setup, other applications work such as Apple Music when ripping.

The error says ‘CD reading incomplete several frames missing’.

Please could someone advise. I am running latest Mac OSX with a new Verbatim CD/Bluray device.

Ignore this I checked another post and turns out it’s the USB cable that I temporarily changed!
