Notepad doc with Extraction Log and Drive & Settings missing

When I rip on one of my computers, the album folder for the CD includes a notepad doc with the Extraction Log and Drive & Settings info. When I rip on the other computer, this valuable info sheet is missing. What setting do I need to change to get that notepad doc?

It is an option under Settings >> Secure Settings

you have to enable log writing.
