Best Machine To Rip Large Quantity of CDs?

We're a Hi-Res online radio station; 5,000 CDs were loaned to us. We want to find a high-quality machine to rip those CDs (to FLAC format). Would you suggest the best machines to do this that can handle the largest number of CDs and not get stuck if a CD is not in mint condition?!? Thanks!

We recommend using one modern desktop machine and multiple Nimbies to rip, but no more than 4 per machine.
