Inaccurate track - newbie question

I have one track on a CD I am ripping which comes up as Inaccurate in red with a red cross. I've tried re-ripping this track with the same result. I don't understand much of the language on this forum and am hoping one of you experts can tell me what to do in basic English please. Thank you.

The rest of the disc came up accurate? what number was shown in the ()? next to it?
