first track ripped but not really.?

Hi, pro user here. I've ripped 1k+ CDs. now I come to find that many of those has an issue with the first track. It's ripped but nothing plays. Shows 30ish KBs instead of MBs in properties? All other tracks are good? I've found this on a dozen or so ripped CDs but haven't went through whole collection. Why is this happening? Really hope I don't have to rerip........@$_&_$#!!

    Thanks.

30ish KB means that file is not an audio file. You can run dbpa converter, converting to TEST CONVERSION on your entire collection in a single batch (point at top folder) to identify any invalid files.

Thanks for the suggestions. Going to try perfecttunes and cuetools.
After some further investigation. It only seems to be affecting my last couple of batches. (I rip 50-100 CDs in a batch). Don't know what changed from my previous rips?
Thankfully I still have the original CDs!!!

Are they hidden first tracks? I know that most of my optical drives won't rip all of the audio in them—but usually they'll get a little bit of it.
