MAC OS, metadata stalling

Good evening,

I just purchased your software today and when I opened to rip a cd, the program stalls at Retrieving intelligent metadata. Right now it says AMG[done:GD3, MusicBrainz, freedb] and has not moved from that for the past 15 minutes or so.

I did do a forum search and made sure my firewall is allowing all transmissions for dBpoweramp, but it continues to stall here.

As a test try to disable your firewall.
