CD Ripper gets stuck at 99% on the last track of the CD

Hello
I have recently run into a problem where CD ripper rips all the tracks with no problem up to the last track, where it gets stuck at 99% complete. I then have to go into task manager and stop CD ripper application, otherwise, I can't close CD ripper. Has anyone run into this problem and has ideas about what the problem and the solution could be?

Check that you have the option 'Overread into lead in / out' unchecked.
