Hello,
my V15.2 CD-Ripper needs endless time to get metadata from MusicBrainz and even more from AMG. Endless means, that nothing happens for 15 min. or more, while CD-Ripper shows a window "Retreiving intelligent metadata, please wait...".
De-selecting AMB and MB in the metadata dropdown menu doesn´t seem to be saved for the next CD, so I cannot exclude those in advance, before inserting the CD. Thus, the program practically hangs itself up, as there is no "Escape" key programmed during the metadata-retreiving. I can only eject the CD or execute a forced shutdown via CMD-Alt-Esc to change the situation.
1. Please program an escape function during meta retreiving
2. Please program a timeout function for each metadata service.
3. Save the exclusion of metadata services globally
