Maintaining metadata access

Hello - We have dMC-R14.4-Ref which is registered. We are non-commercial. Only one of 5 instances of the CD Ripper is getting Metadata. In the past all got metadata. All have internet access. Does the access to metadata need to be renewed? How can we maintain metadata access over time?

No, unless using Batch Ripper.

Check that security software is not blocking the software.
