normalise sound level...

Read a thread on here..cant find it now. But the Gent or Lady wanted to Normalise the sound level of rips because they where up and down via Tape and Vinyl. To be Honest I dont expect the world anyway if a rip is from Vinyl or Tape...But is there a way to "equalise" it better for a more level sound via DBPA..??

This is what the ReplayGain DSP is for....if you search the forum, you should be able to find a lot of information about how to use it. Keep in mind that your playback devices need to support that feature (most do).
