How come when a CD is loaded for ripping Accuraterip brings up a ton of other stuff apparently trying to match it with my CD? I went ahead and manually did my tagging and ripped. Was just curious why this happened.

It sounds like you're taliking about identifying the album and track titles rather than Accuraterip. if that's the case CD Ripper will be finding several matches because there are only two tracks.

Album identification relies on the uniqueness of the combination of track lengths and number of tracks. For a "normal" album with a normal number of tracks it's very unlikely that another, different album will have exactly the same number and length of tracks. When there are only two tracks it becomes much more likely that other CDs will match and so CD Ripper will find and offer several matches.
