I can't rip with more than one CPU at same time.

Recently I changed my system to a Windows7 64-bit, running on a intel i7 4790k ... despite the processor has 4 cores and 8 threads, I can't work in "Multi Core Simultaneous Encoding"
Is this happening because I use two SSD at Raid0 mode?
I've added the DSP Effect 'Multi-CPU Force', but that didn't work, and the program continues encoding just one track by time ...
Any solution for this?

The CD Ripper can only rip a single track at a time. I usually find that whilst one core is encoding one track another is ripping the next.

What happens if you try converting a bunch of files? That is usually when the multiple cores get used most often.

The CD Drive is many times slower than the encoder, hence encoding always finishes quicker than ripping, so no need for multi-cpu, unless you set the encode to 'Test Conversion' and x2 encoding speed.
