Single core ripping on I5 Mac Mini running Bootcamp and Windows 8

I can't get multi core ripping. Encoding yes with multi encoder plug in.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no advantage. I do have the reference version that is supposed to do so.

This is a brand new Mini with 8gigs ram, I5 and Fusion drive. Bandcamp partition is 250 gig.

    Anyone have a suggestion?

    Thanks in advance

The CD drive is way slower than the CPU, it would not need multi cpu encoding. As a test set the encoder to 'Test Conversion' and set to x2 simulated speed, you should see all cores being used.

Tried it and still a single core ripping in x2

        Any other possibilities?

        Thanks

Check that you have Reference Registered (look in Configure dBpoweramp program), and you are using R15.1

Just tried on mine, the encoder is set as 'Test Conversion' x2 simulated, no multi encoder is used.
