Cant deal with ' in song title

I'm using dB Poweramp CD Ripper V1.0 beta 12 on my iMac (OS X Yosemite).
When ripping CD's it cannot deal with the ' character in the title, like Ain't will become Ain? T or don't will become don? T

I'm assuming you mean in the FILENAME of the ripped files (rather than the metadata tags themselves). Correct?

Sorry, cannot reproduce.

Both filename and written tags appear fine.

Please clarify:
* What file formats you are ripping to and where exactly you see malformed characters?
* Provide an exact copy/paste of offending title from the CD track list in dBpoweramp
* Provide an exact copy/paste of the malformed output
