    File name format

Sorry if this question gas been answered previously.

I have ripped all my CD collection via Dbpoweramp to my WD Live book duo in AIFF format

The WD NAS drive is connected to a CYRUS Stream X2 via a netgear switch and plays through my Cyrus system

I use the Cyrus APP (Cadence) to control what I listen to

No here's the issue - when I click on an album to select it and then the list of songs come up some of the albums songs (many in fact) have a .aif extension displaying after the song title.

If this is the case then the Stream X2 will not recognise the format saying error incorrect file format

Albums were there is no .aif after the song title are fine

All the CD's have been ripped with NO change to any setting so I'm somewhat confused

    Would appreciate any help

    Cheers

    Simon

    Re: File name format

It is an issue with your UPnP software, the WD runs Twonky, have a search on the internet for peoples views on it. The files are most likely fine (if you have iTunes try playing one of the files in iTunes).
