    randykelly

after burning a cd (rw disc) from itunes I'm having problems ripping cds. from what I can see my cd drive says unknown, however i can't really say whether it said the same thing before. when I try to rip cds now I get error in rip status column. A box comes on the screen to confiqure Accurate Rip. When a boxcomes up to configure and it will take 5secs. I get the following. The Key Disc cannot be used for offset detection it does not match AccurateRip stored disc or your drive does not exist in AccurateRip and this disc has multiple pressings stored.
Please try a different Key Disc. Thanks.

Try a more popular CD to configure your drive.

Try rebooting your computer (a full power off).

Thanks for the responses. I ended up turing the program off and leaving the computer for a couple of hours, came back turned it on and it was working again. I will keep your responses for possible future reference. Thanks again.
