    CD Ripper not responding

I purchased this yesterday and managed to rip 17 CDs. Subsequent attempts showed error messages and now the CD Ripper is not responding (even after closing down everything and rebooting computer). Please advise.

Not responding at which stage? (if you start the program with no CD in drive) it loads? you insert CD and metadata is got? you click Rip and it freezes?

When I start the program with no CD in drive, it loads but says it is not responding. After about 10 seconds, the message disappears and everything seems normal. When I insert the CD, the metadata is received but when I click Rip it says it is not responding again and freezes

Run this to clear all the settings and program, then resinstall.
