Meta data issue

Hi,
I have ripped CDs using poweramp to FLAC and WAVE. Metadata is not working. I have full internet access too. Poweramp asks for db reference.
Whats db reference? How to get it?
How to pull metadata from internet while ripping songs?

Hi,
Is there any poweramp db CD available ? (rather than online purchase).
In case of online purchase if I format my windows due to some reason, can I reinstall db poweramp? Means, do I need to repurchase it?
