Album art stopped working?

I purchased V14.4 and have been using it fine for a couple of years. All of a sudden, album art has stopped working when I rip a disc.

Is this some kind of bribery to make me buy V15? I am pretty sure I bought a non-expiring licence.

What do I need to do?

I First of all check yof security software. Maybe this one blocks dpa.

Try a popular disc, make sure your firewall or security software is not blocking dBpoweramp. R14 is able to retrieve album art.
