Pause Re-Rip?

Hi new to this forum. Is there any way to pause a Re-Rip and may be safe the work and continue later? The only way I found to go close to this, is to put my PC into sleep mode. But it will be better to have the ability to safe the partial re-rip file and continue at a later time.
